Michael Jackson's Drugged Conversations Played During Court
Hey guys this is Ani Esmailian for Hollyscoop.com. The opening statements in Dr. Conrad Murray's manslaughter trial were made early on Tuesday.
Deputy DA David Walgren played a recording of Michael Jackson's speech while under the influence of the deadly drug that cost him his life—propofol.
The recording was on Murray's iPhone, with a time-stamp of 9:05 a.m., May 10, 2009. Jackson talks about his upcoming concert series, This Is It in London.
"When people leave my show, I want them to say, 'I've never seen nothing like this in my life,' " Jackson says, slurring his speech. "Go. Go. I've never seen nothing like this. Go. It's amazing. He's the greatest entertainer in the world."
Six weeks later Michael died of a propofol overdose and Dr. Murray is standing trial for involuntary manslaughter. Instead of recording him on your iPhone, maybe you should have gotten him some extra help after the slurring incident. Unbelievable!
